About Us
Founded on the principle that every client deserves representation as thoughtful and dedicated as if their case were our own, WorkerBee Law brings strategic expertise, honest counsel, and genuine care to complex legal matters.

A Different Approach
to Legal Services
WorkerBee Law was created to fill a gap that Nastaran saw too often in legal practice: clients left confused by jargon, overwhelmed by process, or uncertain about their next steps.

Here, you'll find the opposite. Every interaction is grounded in clear, strategic advice tailored to your specific circumstances. No vague answers covering a dozen hypothetical scenarios. No surprises. Just honest counsel that helps you make informed decisions about your case, your business, or your life.

Whether that means fighting for you in court, negotiating a settlement, or advising you to walk away from an unwinnable battle, you can trust that the guidance you receive is what Nastaran would want if she were in your position.

Meet Nastaran Roushan, Founder & Principal Lawyer
Nastaran loves being a lawyer and learning about the law. That love is reflected in the breadth of her experience. Since being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2010, she's represented businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, professional malpractice, copyright infringement, human rights litigation, employment law, immigration law, and professional regulation.

Nastaran started WorkerBee Law to maximize the knowledge and passion she has for the law. She wanted a way to represent clients she respects and take on cases that excite her. But more than that, she wanted to create something different from a traditional law firm.
WorkerBee Law is a sounding board for clients, a place where they can unload stress and anxiety knowing that they are in excellent hands. Nastaran cares about her clients’ business and their lives. She wants them to be successful. That commitment drives everything the firm does.
